I was surprised that there was such a powerful monster when I checked with Dragon Pendulum Monster. If this stays in character rare...?
The effect is banishing one opponent's monster and a simple removal without burn, reminiscent of Gaius, the evil Monarch, but the usability is different from that of his Monarch.
A strength that can activate removal effects for both Normal Summon and Special Summon without turn 1. Normal Summon → Destroy this card → If you connect with Pendulum Summon, you can eliminate two with one card. His deck is limited in that he can consistently hit level 6, but even so, it's not a bad matchup against removal monsters that can appear every turn.
You can use Chronograph to get rank 6 while doing removal, or use Redame or Hieratic Seal. Now that the card pool has expanded, it's a little tougher to deal with spot removal, but it's still a card worth using.

It's a wonderful removal card that has no limit on the number of times, which is rare for a 9th generation member.
With the arrival of the Pendulum switch, it feels a lot stronger.
The P effect is not weak, but Empowered Warrior, which is the key cost, is not a big deal... I'm not weak!
The new Masters rules made up for it, but since there is no limit to the number of monster effects, Gaius, who comes flying every turn, boasts strength on a devilish level.
Also, if the defense was 100 lower, I could have searched with 《Witch of the Black Forest》, but since 《Wavering Eyes》also exists, it’s wonderful that I don’t have to worry about it so much.
Special Summon In addition to P summoning, Pendulum Arise, Pendulum Reborn, etc. are abundant, so if you specialize it, it will be a very troublesome monster.
This is my personal favorite card.

Aether Weapon Falls into the Darkness of Anger.
The magic armor break of the P effect is difficult to use due to its low versatility on the cost side, and the scale is a value of 4, which is also called a disadvantage, so there is not much significance in placing it in the P zone.
In addition, the monster effect is a simple and powerful effect that excludes one monster at the time of summoning / special summon, and the hit point is not low, so it is very easy to use as a monster.
Simple Gaius that boils infinitely sounds hideous, but since there is a problem child unicorn on the same level, it seems a little narrow. Well, it might be interesting to put both and take away the opponent's monster's human rights.

In short, Gaius who flies in P (There is also resurrection!).
I slipped it into the Igknight and it was terrifying. With P, he becomes an attacker with Dillinger and Caliber, and Xyz with Caliber makes him a Photon Streak Bounzer, which is awesome.

Although it is a darkened "Ether Weapon", unlike "Holy Dragon", it is compatible with summons and Special Summons in general, so it is much easier to use. If the scale matches, it will revive from the Extra Deck any number of times due to the nature of the Pendulum, and will banish the opponent's monsters, making it a very powerful monster. The Pendulum effect is also powerful, but scale 4 doesn't mesh with "Empowered Warrior" at all, so you should use it mainly for monster effects. [Igknight] is a perfect match in scale and is very compatible.

The only downside is that you have to rely on 《Empowerment》to bring it to your hand. That's because he's the one who leaves out all GY's Empowered Warriors. Since it's a p-monster, it's hard to get into an accident even if you stack multiple copies of it, but with a scale of 4, he's mainly level 4, so it's tough for Empowered Warriors.

Even though it's limited to monsters, what I'm doing with monster effects is Gaius, who supports Special Summon.
The effect that once dominated the world and still stands at the top of the Tribute Summon shouldn't be weak.
Pendulum You can aim for this exclusion many times if you are ready.
The P effect is also quite strong, and Empowered Warrior is honestly strong because he can activate removal every turn, although he is necessary for GY.
The card itself is honestly strong, but how about asking for Empowered Warrior?
